Who Will be the First to Die in Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3

#Forthethrone — Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 3

So far Game of Thrones Season 8 has just focussed on reunions, disclosures of secrets, conversations and the terrible suspense of waiting for the White Walkers (Wights) to attack. But this lack of action is definitely coming to an end. In episode 3 bloodshed begins. (Can’t Wait!!!) Fans are on edge as they do not want to see their favorite characters die and become White Walkers. But they should brace themselves because soon many will be dead. There are many theories on who will be the first to fall in the carnage that is to follow.

Desolation Will Visit the Crypts of Winterfell

Winterfell (Game of Thrones)

Tyrion (at Daenerys’ request) along with all the women children and the elderly are set to be hiding in the crypts, but there is no hiding from death. Fans will find that out soon enough as they begin to mourn for characters they thought would never die. (What’s dead will never die i.e. everyone dies)With little to no dragon glass or weapons, those hiding in the crypts don’t stand a chance. Nevertheless, Tyrion may be the only person in the crypts who survives, as after all he is rumored to be Targaryen and we have not yet seen that secret divulged.

Another Dragon Will Die

Look out fans, one Targaryen may fall at Winterfell.

The battle of Winterfell may leave another dragon and a Targaryen dead. Daenerys and Drogon may perish at Winterfell if the Night King appears riding Viserion. Take a look back at Daenerys’ vision in Season 2 in the House of the Undying (interesting name in retrospect) we may have a clue to what happens Winterfell.

In Daenerys’ vision, she is standing in the throne room at King’s Landing, the vision is curious to Daenerys as there is snow on the ground and the roof has been ripped to threads as if it came under the attack of a dragon. We see Daenerys approaching the Iron Throne and nearly touches it, only to pull back at the last minute. She pulls her hand away as she hears the cry of her dragon.

This lets us know that she will never sit on the Iron Throne.

The vision then progresses to Daenerys walking through the gate at the wall and into the lands of always winter, here she is reunited with Drogo and her son. This indicates that Daenerys may very well perish in the north. She may give up the Iron Throne and her dragon babies in the same way she left the throne room and her son in the visions. This also makes us ponder if Daenerys will bend the knee, and support Jon’s claim to the throne.

There will be many surprises

One thing about Game of Thrones, it keeps fans on their toes, minor characters may survive while major characters may die. In Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode, 2 everyone is following the battle plan which I call, ‘Night King Come for Bran’, but I don’t think that will happen. Bran seems to think that he knows what the Night King wants but he may be wrong. We see the Night King creep up and touch Bran in Season 6. This happened when Bran underestimated his power. We would have thought that by now Bran would know that he should not underestimate the Night King, but he seems to be making another mistake thinking that he is the one or the only one that the Night King wants.

We know he is wrong because death wants all of us.

But while we are alive let’s enjoy epic films and watch Game of Thrones! Episode 3 will be released April 28th, what do you think will happen?
